Our motor insurance broker, 1^ST CENTRAL, took home the bronze award for Best Homeworking Programme (Small) at the 2021 UK National Contact Centre Awards.

Institute of Customer Service accreditation

1^ST CENTRAL is proud to have once again achieved the prestigious Servicemark award from the Institute of Customer Service, which is awarded for a three-year term, and is subject to annual review.

Insurance Times Awards 2018

Our motor insurance broker, 1^ST CENTRAL, won the award for Excellence in Technology at the 2018 Insurance Times Awards.

Southern Business Awards 2018

First Central was named Large Business of the Year at the 2018 Southern Business Awards.

Sussex Super Growth Awards 2018

First Central was named the Fastest Growing Company in Sussex at the 2018 Sussex Super Growth Awards. We were also finalists in 2019.

British Insurance Awards 2016

Christina Kyriacou, from our Counter Fraud Services team, won the 2016 Unsung Hero Award, which recognises individuals working in the insurance industry who make a clear contribution to their team and go the extra distance to help others.

Business Matters Awards 2016

The Business Matters Awards is a local event that recognises, rewards and celebrates all the successful businesses and professional individuals in the south east.

We were delighted to win the award for 'Large Business 2016’. The judges said they were "impressed with the company ethos, growth and innovative measures used to enhance employee and customer relations and expectations".

Gatwick Diamond Business Awards 2016

The Gatwick Diamond Business Awards celebrate innovation and inspiration at work, and recognise those who have demonstrated a real commitment to the south east economic area.

We won 'Employer of the Year' for two years running and in 2016 we won the award for 'Developing People for Business Success'.

The judging panel agreed that we demonstrate a firm commitment to developing our people, and that we have systematic and effective processes in place for identifying development needs and linking these to our business objectives.
